In this policy, we describe what information we collect about you and how we use it. This policy may change over time and a new version will be effective from the date we publish it. This policy applies to our mobile applications on Android and iOS as used in combination with our product iChemistry. The data controller is Intersolia Ltd, registered as private limited company in United Kingdom.
If you download and/or use our services, you agree to the terms in this privacy policy. If you have any concerns about how we collect and use your data as described in this policy, you should not use our applications or services.
You must be at least 13 years old to install and use our applications or services. We do not knowingly collect data about children under the age of 13.
What we collect
The only direct personal information our mobile applications need are used to identify unique person for authentication. Login-name and password are temporarily collected to login with iChemistry, by transmission over an encrypted web api call. Login attempts are stored on our servers for security reasons.
The camera feature of the mobile device is used to scan barcodes. No camera images are stored on our servers or in the mobile device. We do not collect any additional personal data from your mobile device without your consent. We do not share any personal information from the mobile application with any 3rd parties.
How do we use your information
We use your information to:
- Enable you to login to access chemical data and safety data sheets as included in our service iChemistry.
- Legal use, we may use your data as required by any applicable law.
Your rights
You have certain right to your personal information and what we do with it. In particular we would like to inform you about:
- You have the right to know what data we have collected about you.
- You have the right to correct personal information that is in accurate about you
- You have the right to ask us to delete your data
- You have the right to decline any direct marketing from us
About how we keep your information
We store you information as long as we think it is necessary for the purpose in this policy, or as long the law allows us. The information is kept on servers controlled by us within the European Union.
